B) Are you dropping your item off or are we collecting and returning to you? If we are collection state exact pick-up location (postcode etc)
C) Tell us what exactly what you require (below are a list of items that we DO NOT refurbish). If you send us any items on the list below your message may be ignored. 
D) Send as many photos as you can to ensure possible quote.
E) Let us know if you item has any of the following, woodworm, broken or loose joints, cracks/chippings ETC.

ITEMS WE DO NOT REFURBISH
Leather, rattan, metal framed chairs, recliners, buttoned back seats or any single, 2/3 seater suite of couch furniture. The ONLY chairs that we refurnished are single dining balloon back chairs. The woodwork and seating upholstery can be done. You MUST supply your own material.

Wardrobes will not be refurnished.
