​FAQ's - Delivery

We provide our own in-house delivery service within Ireland at an added cost. Which doesn't mean just straight to your doorstep, it means we will make sure your individual piece is proudly placed into it's new position inside your home for many years to come! Deliveries are completed within 10 working days of purchase (Northern Ireland deliveries may take up to 21 days). Most importantly, we will always make contact with you up to 24 hours prior to let you know when our driver, will arrive within your allocated time slot. If this delivery slot does not suit - that's ok - we will just arrange another one! If you feel like coming to store, you can make your purchase online and use our hassle free click & collect option to collect anytime during our store opening hours! Click here for location prices.

FAQ's - Buying & selling

It's good to have a change every now and then, or maybe you've inherit some furniture pieces that you feel need a new home! It's such a common question seen as we refurbish similar stock pieces to what you might be letting go of. Although we appreciate this, we receive a mass amount of regular bulk deliveries which means we are unable to handle individual public housing here in Ireland. We recommend trying your location auction house, use your social marketplaces or local charity shops for upcycling projects. You can find these places throughout Ireland depending on your location by Google search.

FAQ's - Refunds

If you purchase online and are not completely satisfied with the product when it arrives you are of course entitled to your money back on the product itself! We would kindly ask you to let us know when we arrive - just to avoid on extra cost of delivery if we had to return back as delivery charges are not refundable.

Second guessing and second hand furniture doesn't surprise me either! So let's talk about it! We offer the highest end of REFURBISHED second hand furniture. This means rewinding the clock, bringing beauty back. There's a vintage which comes with age and experience, and baby we got it! Older, vintage and antique pieces have an appreciation and worth. Something can be old, but it can be timeless. Our busy bees in the workshop thrive to bring each piece back to its original state, while allowing it to flourish its age.
